However, the time needed to complete the statutory procedures, including the consideration of many objections522W to the proposals, means that there sources indicate that both these organ will be slippage of this date save for the Pontardulais bypass which should be completed by the end of 1976. The of completion of this road will continue to be given first priority, consistent with the compliance with statutory requirements.
