§ Mr. Hugh Jenkinsasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will consider a total ban on all night flights landing and taking off from Heathrow between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. in summer and 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. in winter.
§ Mr. OnslowA total ban on night flights would present very great difficulties, but I am now considering means of securing a further reduction in night disturbance next year, and I hope to make an announcement shortly.
