§ Mr. Gordon CampbellFor Great Britain contracts the arrangements for the testing of foods and the inspection of premises are made by the Department of Health and Social Security. In the case of other contracts there are no formal arrangements for testing food on delivery to hospitals, but hospital authorities have a continuing responsibility for the quality control of the food supplied and for the follow-up of complaints received.
