§ Mr. Maurice MacmillanThere are no official trade union nominees but the Industrial Tribunals Panel includes a number of persons with trade union experience. I very much regret that the TUC does not co-operate in the selection of tribunal members. I hope it will reconsider this policy, in view of the extensive use of them made by individual union members.
