§ Mr. Michael HeseltineI have agreed with the Council of Engineering Institutions that, in the context of EEC, mutual recognition will need to be extended to suitably qualified engineers, whether they are in membership of institutions inside or outside the CEI. There is still one300W major issue to be resolved and I shall be continuing discussions to that end.
