§ Mr. Maurice MacmillanI have already announced the appointment of Sir Denis Barnes as chairman of the commission. Sir Denis's remuneration will be £16,000 a year. As regards the other nine members, I expect to be able to make an announcement shortly. The intention is that the chairman will be full-time and the other members part-time.
