Friend the Prime Minister made to the House yesterday, 13th November.—[Vol. 864, c. 249.] A typescript copy of the exchange of Notes constituting the interim agreement was placed in the Library of the House yesterday afternoon. A Command Paper containing the exchange of Notes will be laid before the House very shortly.
