§ Mr. Graham PageFor appeals decided by my right hon. and learned Friend in September 1973 the average period from receipt of appeal to date of inquiry was 46 weeks. Priority is given where an option to purchase land is involved and an inquiry will shortly be arranged into this particular appeal.
