§ Mr. EmeryThe Government have announced that nuclear power is expected to play an increasingly important rôle in the provision of United Kingdom energy needs. Towards this end the Government have encouraged the reorganisation of the nuclear design and construction industry in order to create under the National Nuclear Corporation a strong single unit capable of meeting the increasing heavy demand for nuclear generating plant.
