§ Mr. OnslowLloyd's Register of Shipping is an unincorporated association, the trustees of its assets being Lloyd's Register of Shipping Trust Corporation Limited, which is subject to the Companies Acts. The society's statutory marine survey functions under the Merchant Shipping Acts are subject to withdrawal by my Department. The society's funds are derived worldwide almost entirely from fees.
