§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry when the Departmental Committee on Trade Marks under the chairmanship of Mr. H. R. Mathys will be presenting its report; whether he intends it should be published; and whether it will be available before the forthcoming negotiations on a European trade mark law are begun.
§ Sir G. HoweThe committee expects to present its report by the end of 1973 and I intend that it shall be published. It should be available in good time for the negotiations on the European Trademark, which are unlikely to begin until autumn of next year.
