§ Mr. DeanIncreases of 5p and 10p respectively were made by the Supplementary Benefits Commission in 1970 in the two standard amounts—currently 40p and 92p a week—allowed for special diets, and 5p and 15p in 1972. There were no increases in 1971 and 1973.
