asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when form B663 was first issued to claimants granted a supplementary allowance for a limited period; and if he is satisfied that all

among legitimate births and among illegitimate births, respectively; and what was the percentage in each case of the total number of births.

In November 1971. Staff are instructed to issue form B663 to every person whose supplementary allowance is limited under the four-week rule and every effort is made to see that this is done.
