§ Mr. Harold Wilsonasked the Prime Minister whether he has received a further interim report from Mr. Speaker's Conference on Electoral Law; and if he will make a statement.
§ The Prime MinisterCertain recommendations by the conference are contained in a letter from Mr. Speaker dated 25th October 1973, which has been published today as as a Command Paper. The Government are considering the recommendations and arranging for working parties to be set up as proposed. The working parties' reports will be placed in the Library of the House in due course.
