§ Q12. Mr. Goldingasked the Prime Minister when next he expects to visit Northern Ireland.
§ The Prime MinisterI have at present no plans for a further visit to Northern Ireland.
§ Q25. Mr. Stratton Millsasked the Prime Minister if he will make a statement on the Kilbrandon Commission's proposals for increased representation for Northern Ireland in the House of Commons; and if he will proceed to implement this recommendation while the other proposals are being considered.
§ The Prime MinisterThe recommendation for Northern Ireland is linked to the commission's proposals for legislative devolution in Scotland and Wales. All these matters will have to be looked at together. I do not think it would be right to consider the recommendation for Northern Ireland separately.
