§ Mr. Kenneth BakerI regret that there are still heavy delays in supplying Her Majesty's Stationery Office publications to customers in Leicestershire and other parts of the country due to the aftermath of a strike which closed Her Majesty's Stationery Office's London trade and mail order department earlier this year. Her Majesty's Stationery Office is making every effort to restore its normal service.
