§ Mr. Juddasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, in the context of policies for reducing the pressure of private cars in central urban areas, as endorsed in a recent statement by his Department, he will undertake a study into the special transportation needs of the elderly, infirm and handicapped in and to such areas; and whether he will make a statement.
