§ Dr. David Owenasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the effects of the statement on 21st May on public expenditure in terms of delay for the M5 road to Exeter and for the dual carriageway road from Exeter to Plymouth.
§ Mr. PeytonI am examining the relative priority of schemes. It is too early to say which individual schemes will need to be deferred. All existing contracts will be continued.
