§ Mr. Skeetasked the Lord President of the Council whether the computer facilities available for use by the Library of the House of Commons are also available for the use of Members, or what other provision he proposes to make in this regard.
§ Mr. PriorThe provision of computerised information for Members has been under consideration for some time and International Computers Limited has arranged to stage an experiment which will be held in the Upper Waiting Hall from 18th to 30th June. A decision will then be taken in the light of this experiment as to whether a computer system for information retrieval should be installed.
