§ Mr. Anthony StodartThe Intervention Board held 8,236 tons of butter one week after the intervention price increased on 14th May. It previously held 58 tons. The additional 8,178 tons had been stored under the control procedure which enables stocks stored under prescribed arrangements to be offered to the board within two months of entry into store.
