§ Mr. Pounderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what changes have been made in the draft Road Traffic (Amendment) Northern Ireland Order 1973, since its was first published and at whose instigation.
§ Mr. van StraubenzeeThe only amendment, apart from minor drafting ones, is that an article which dealt with the abolition of the power to suspend certain mandatory sentences was omitted 27W from the order following discussions in the Northern Ireland Commission.
