§ Mrs. ThatcherUp to yesterday, 55 education authorities in England had submitted capital programmes costing about £6.9 million in 1974–75 and £6.9 million in 1975–76. They were not asked for details of individual projects. I hope soon to receive proposals from the remaining 91 authorities, and to announce allocations for both years before the end of the summer.
