§ Mr. Peter ThomasOf the original site of 46 acres, some 3 acres remain to be acquired. Negotiations have been completed and lawyers have been instructed to effect the purchase. It has recently been found necessary to acquire two further parcels of land—about ½ acre— and negotiations are proceeding.
