§ 37. Mr. Woodhouseasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department on how many occasions in the six months ended 30th April 1973 the homes of police officers were searched without warrant under the authority of the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police.
§ Mr. CarlisleNo police officer's home has been searched by Metropolitan Police officers during the period in question except on the authority of a search warrant granted by a court or with the consent of the officer concerned.
