§ Mr. PeytonSome applications for provisional driving licences have been delayed by strikes. Current applications are normally cleared within 10 working days, which will I hope be reduced soon to five. The renewal of full driving licences and the issue of vehicle licences at present continue to be done by local taxation offices.
