Since the inception of the Derelict Land Unit in November 1966 approval has been sought for 53 schemes in Carmarthenshire of which 23 have been approved and are listed below. Information about starting and completion dates is not readily available, but most of the scheme have now been carried out.

The balance of 30 schemes are at various stages of consideration.
