§ 42. Mr. McCrindleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make a statement on the requirements that are likely to be imposed by the EEC in regard to regular medical checks of drivers and psychological character tests of new drivers.
§ Mr. PeytonThe draft EEC Directive does not define the scope or nature of these checks and tests. I have already made clear that I have considerable reservations about these proposals.
