§ Sir K. JosephI am continuing to encourage the application nationally of incentive schemes for hospital ancillary staff. In addition, management services studies continue to be undertaken in the ancillary field and to an increasing extent regional hospital boards are making use of a review technique known as management survey, the scope of which includes ancillary services and which seeks to promote the best use of all resources.
