§ Mr. Anthony GrantNine new advance factories for Wales were announced in January, which could provide about 1,000 jobs when occupied. Major expansions of our holdings at Waterton in South Wales and Wrexham are also in hand. These will ultimately provide many new jobs, but I cannot yet forecast how many and when they will arise.
