§ Mr. Anthony GrantThe board's conditions of service require that the chairman and members should provide up-to-date information about their current financial interests, including directorships, that if they have an interest in a case under consideration by the board they should declare the interest, and that, having made such a declaration, they should take no part in any deliberation of the board with respect to that case.
