§ Mr. CarlisleCopies of the booklet "Criminal Justice Act 1972: A Guide for the Courts" were sent to clerks to justices for distribution to each magistrate on the active list following a Home Office Circular of 8th December 1972. Arrangements have been made for new magistrates to receive copies of the guide on appointment.
