§ Mr. Michael HeseltineFollowing discussions which I have held with interested bodies and the yachting press, July has been designated a "small craft safety month" when my Department with Her Majesty's Coastguard, local and harbour authorities, voluntary bodies and the Press will co-operate to encourage safe practices. A new book, "Safety on Small Craft", will be published by Her Majesty's Stationery Office in June. This will give fuller advice than the leaflets and posters which have previously been distributed in very large numbers.
