§ Mr. Sydney Chapmanasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will ask each local authority in England and Wales to inform him by 1st July 1973 what specific projects they, and any other organisations within their areas, have undertaken in the first six months of Plant a Tree Year.
§ Mr. Graham PageI think that this would place an unreasonable burden on local authorities. But I shall be glad to receive reports on all Tree Planting Year activities with a view to publication of a further newsletter later.
