§ Mr. Gordon Campbell43 public swimming pools have been completed by local authorities since 1st January 1960; 20 are under construction; 16 have been 139W approved but work has not yet started; and 22 applications for borrowing consent for public swimming pools or sports complexes including swimming pools are under consideration.
