§ The Attorney-GeneralThis topic is already covered by Law Commission Working Paper No. 41 issued on 18th October 1971, and the final report is expected this summer. It will also fall within the terms of reference of the Royal Commission on Civil Liability. In these circumstances I must advise the hon. Lady to await the report of the Law Commission.
