§ Mr. Anthony RoyleThe ministerial talks are taking place in Reykjavik today and tomorrow. The British delegation is led by my noble Friend the Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs. She is accompanied by my hon. Friend the Minister of State for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, and senior334W officials of their Departments, together with advisers representing the various sections of the British fishing industry. The delegation is due to return on 5th May.
