§ Mr. David Stoddartasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will mow introduce as an experiment the suggestion put by a police constable to one of his predecessors responsible for transport matters in 1960 that a switch be placed in each motorway emergency telephone box that would activate an accident-ahead warning light when used by motorists reporting accidents, in view of the fact that this idea is now being tried in the United States.
