Member for Rye may expect a reply to his letter of 7th November 1972 enclosing one from his constituent, Mr. Roger Pennington, of Din-nages, Broad Oak, Heathfield, Sussex, about the Local Government Act and his further inquiries about his letter of 7th November forwarded on 18th December and 20th February.
