asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he is now in a position to announce the arrangements for establishing the United Kingdom Seeds Executive.

Yes. Having consulted the Intervention Board for Agricultural Produce, my right hon. Friends will be setting up the United Kingdom Seeds Executive on 2nd April 1973 as a statutory committee of the board. The executive will consist of:
