§ Mr. Brayasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will detail in the OFFICIAL REPORT the names, qualifications and addresses of the management consultancies he has listed as being suitable advisers to the Small Business Firms Advisory Bureaux and who may be considered as suitable and willing to assist small companies.
§ Mr. Anthony GrantSmall firms information centres will refer inquirers about management consultancy to the British Institute of Management and the Management Consultants' Association, and they will also make available details provided by individual consultants who have indicated to us their interest in work for small firms, covering specialisation, charging policy, and areas of operation. I am arranging for the latest list to be printed in the OFFICIAL REPORT as soon as possible. Any consultant chosen by the small firm will advise it directly, and not through the centre.
