§ 5. Mr. Croninasked the Minister of State for Defence if, having regard to the circumstance that the widows and children of soldiers killed in Northern Ireland are not entitled to pensions under the occupational scheme unless the dead soldiers have served more than 12 years on a pensionable engagement, he will expedite his general review of pension arrangements and make an early statement.
