§ Mr. Graham PageIn answer to the first part of the Question, generally, yes. No need has yet arisen for the exercise of the powers under Section 20(6) of the Civic Amenities Act 1967. No separate figures relating to motor cars are available but there have been 1,060 prosecutions from the commencement of the Act to 31st March 1972 relating to the dumping of motor vehicles or parts of motor vehicles.
