§ Mr. OnslowWe assume the hon. Member refers to the lack of adequate consultation between management and 3W employees. We understand that the company considered that unforeseen developments made an immediate decision imperative in the interests of employees at its other four factories and of its shareholders. In the view of the company, this did not allow time for the recommended consultations. My right hon. Friend the Minister for Industrial Development has written to the hon. Member giving more details.
