§ Q13. Mr. Dalyellasked the Prime Minister if he will seek to place on the agenda for the Commonwealth Prime Ministers' Conference the subject of a Commonwealth initiative for monitoring observance of the Test Ban Treaty, in areas of sea contiguous to Commonwealth countries.
§ The Prime MinisterI have no plans to do so. Her Majesty's Government already operate a number of stations in Commonwealth countries for the purpose of monitoring nuclear tests in the atmosphere.
