§ LORD SHINWELLasked Her Majesty's Government to state the names of holding and/or ancillary companies hived off the National Coal Board, the names of directors of those companies when they were associated with the Board and the names of directors now.
§ LORD DRUMALBYNThe National Coal Board are reorganising their ancillary activities as subsidiary companies grouped under two holding companies, which will also be subsidiaries of the Board. These companies have not yet been incorporated and the Board has not yet decided on their names: nor have the directors yet been appointed. I am asking the Chairman of the Board to write to the noble Lord giving the information as soon as it is available.
