§ Mr. WhitelawI have always welcomed visits to Northern Ireland by small delegations of Members. When such visits take place at my invitation, or with my active co-operation, expenses incurred by hon. Members may be met from the Northern Ireland Office Vote. On this basis I have authorised payment of the expenses of the delegation which visited Northern Ireland in June 1972.
