Mrs. Joyce Butlerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will now make an order under Section 89 of the Housing Finance Act 1972, to increase the rateable value limits for protected tenants of buildings erected since March 1965 to prevent these tenancies being taken out of protection by rate revaluation.
§ Mr. ChannonNo such order is needed for this purpose. Protected tenants of buildings completed after March 1965 are in no danger of losing their protection as a result of revaluation.
