§ 68. Mr. Grimondasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will specify the regulations which govern the import of Norwegian houses for local residents in Orkney and Shetland.
§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI am not aware of any special regulations or any tariff barriers, but any such houses which are erected must conform to the requirements of the Building Standards (Scotland) (Consolidation) Regulations 1971.
