§ Mr. Dan Jonesasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, on Phase One of the motorway, M65, between Blackburn and Barracks Station, Burnley, he will review the practice of the Department to enable residential property to be acquired in advance of requirements in order to remove the anxiety of the people concerned.
§ Mr. SpeedI see no reason to review general practice, but I will be pleased to consider any particular case if the hon. Member will write to me.
