§ 71. Mr. Juddasked the Secretary of State for Social Services with how many local authorities he has now had consultations about arrangements for screening children for lead poisoning; and whether he will make a statement on his Department's policy in this sphere.
§ Mr. AlisonMy Department is responsible for making arrangements for the study of population groups which may be exposed to lead contamination. To date, 12 local authorities have asked for help in this respect.
